- 13X13 Pizza Stone for Oven: The Unicook square pizza stone measures 13 in by 13 in with a golden thickness of 0.6" (15mm). It’s compatible with popular pizza ovens like Ooni Fyra 12, Karu 2/12/12G, Koda 12, and Volt 12. Please verify your grill/oven’s interior dimensions and ensure 1 inch of clearance on ALL sides for a perfect fit and airflow
- Even Baking: The baking stone for oven is made of high-quality Cordierite and withstands temperatures up to 1,450°F (787°C). It distributes heat evenly to ensure uniform cooking, producing a golden-brown crust without hot spots—no more soggy centers and burnt edges. Please preheat the stone in cold oven/grill to ensure even cooking and crispy crust. The hotter the stone, the crisper the pizza
- The Secret to Crispy Pizza: The special porous structure of the pizza stone for grill effectively absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, creating a crispy crust on pizzas or bread while avoiding the sogginess that often occurs with metal pizza pans
- Versatile Baking Stone: Perfect not just for fresh&frozen pizza, but also for bread, cookies, pies, calzones, and more. A great addition for home kitchens, family gatherings, and parties. The reversible smooth surface of the cooking stone allows to use on both sides. A multi-purpose plastic scraper can be used as a dough cutter or scrape off the residue stuck to the oven stone
- Cleaning and Care: Remove excess food with the included scraper, and hand wash the cooled stone with warm water. Never season cordierite stone with oil or grease. Frequently used pizza stone may develop discolored areas over time. This is normal and does not require cleaning
