Unique Wimbi Lampshade from South Africa - Large

The iconic Wimbi weave & organic floppiness of these spectacular lampshades have conquered customers’ hearts. The pendants become “floppier” as time goes by and gravity does its job. One of Sister*hood's bestsellers, these flowy lamp pendants look great in a group of 3-5 lampshades playing with height and size, but also are a statement piece by themselves. Look great in the kitchen, above your dinging table or in public hospitality areas.

The lamp is sold without light fixtures or light bulbs.

About the artisans: sister*hood believes in the potential of design & handicrafts to unlock economic opportunities for female artisans around the world. This particular product was handmade by Cape Town-based Ashanti Design, a socially conscious enterprise that celebrates African heritage, creativity and resilience.
