Coated with AMERICOAT® Plus coating, a non-stick silicone that is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free and constructed from aluminized steel, this cake pan is durable, strong and versatile. Hand-wash only using mild dishwashing soap. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils; do not use sharp metal utensils.
