How to Use the USWE VST Running Vest

Choose your hydration setup: Load the rear compartment with the 2L Elite bladder (sold separately) for longer runs of 90+ minutes, or use dual 500ml soft flasks in the front pockets for races and efforts under 90 minutes where fast refills matter more.

Dial in the fit: Use the adjustable side panels to cinch the vest snug to your chest before you head out. A properly fitted VST should feel locked in — if it moves more than a centimeter, tighten it. Size by chest circumference (XS fits 68–80cm, S fits 80–92cm, up to XL at 104–116cm).
