Cedric Ragot, a designer who transitioned from industrial engineering to furniture design, left an indelible mark on his generation with his innovative and boundary-pushing work. Known for his versatility, curiosity, and talent, Ragot refused to be pigeonholed. He believed in the creative power of moving between different subjects, demonstrating that synergy fuels subsequent projects. From his collaboration with Roche Bobois in 2005 until his passing in 2015, Ragot infused his creativity, innovative spirit, and craftsmanship into projects that often blended biomorphic forms with advanced materials. His ability to merge creative vision with technical solutions, adapt without compromising, resulted in furniture and objects that bear the stamp of his unique talent.
