This floor/bench food mixer with guard is three speed transmission. Safety cut-switch automatically turns the unit off if gears are changed without stopping the mixer. 30-Quart storage capacity. Number 12 hub accommodates Vollrath Meat Grinder and Vegetable Slicer attachments for flexibility between grinding, slicing and mixing. Comes with dough hook, wire whisk, spatula, stainless steel mixing bowl and safety guard. Mixers feature a 30 minute timer mixer automatically stops when timer ends. 1-hp motor. 110-Volt capacity.
