Wild Rose Wallpaper - Peridot

Sophie was thrilled to create this special wallpaper to Celebrate 40 years of Alex Monroe jewellery. As two artisans who draw from nature and make by hand, the collaboration between Sophie and Alex was a natural partnership.

For their 40th year Alex Monroe are celebrating the motifs that shaped their journey - the humble bumblebee and the wild rose. These icons of the British countryside conjured the idea of a hedgerow pattern, intertwined with honeysuckle and rosehips, bringing a fresh twist to the arts and crafts aesthetic.

The wallpaper, printed in Lancashire using methods unchanged since the 1800s - brings to life the spirit of nature and craft that so inspires us both - and brings fresh life and tactility to beautiful homes.
