Wondrous Ordinary Miracles

It is easy to assume there is a “normal” path to life. You grow up, go to college, get married, and have a family. The sequence feels orderly, predictable, and even promised. Yet for many, “normal” is not the rhythm of life but the rupture of it. The unexpected detours—the ones we neither planned nor wanted—can be deeply painful, marked by long seasons of waiting, unanswered prayers, lingering “what ifs,” and the quiet grief of “what is not.” Tim and Brenda Lindsay’s departure from the expected path became the place where God met them in ways they never imagined. In the waiting, they learned to recognize miracles they might otherwise have missed. In these pages, Tim and Brenda invite you into the deepest places of their journey, where God’s grace and presence gently redefined life. This is a story of discovering the kindness of God amid broken expectations and of learning to anchor our hearts in a Christ-centered hope that reshapes what “normal” truly means. Read more
