Worm X Plus 7-Way Dewormer Small Dog

SENTRY HC WORM X PLUS 7 Way De-Wormer for Puppies & Small Dogs treats and controls seven species of worms: two tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum and Taenia pisiformis), two roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina) and three hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense and Uncinaria stenocephala). It contains two active ingredients found in veterinary brands: pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel. This broad spectrum de-wormer comes in chewable tablets, making it easy and convenient to give to your dog.

Directions for Use:
Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism. De-worming schedules may vary depending on the climate where you live and the activity of your dog.
The dose for each drug is 2.27mg per lb. body weight (5mg/kg). You should weigh your dog to make sure you are giving the right dose.
6-12 lb.: 1 chewable
12.1-25 lb.: 2 chewables
7 Way De-Wormer Flavored Chewables are palatable if offered by hand. If your dog does not voluntarily eat the chewable, you can hide the chewable in a small amount of food or place it in the back of the dog’s mouth for forced swallowing. Make sure that the dog eats the complete dose. Watch the dog for a few minutes after dosing to make sure the chewable is not rejected.
For use in puppies and dogs 12 weeks of age or older. Do not use in sick animals. Vomiting, loose stools (with or without blood), and decreased activity have been reported with use. Safety in breeding dogs and pregnant bitches has not been evaluated.
